As South African-qualified NQF5 real estate professionals with over 55 years of combined experience in off-plan sales, we pride ourselves on honesty, transparency, and giving sound, practical advice — especially when it’s most needed.

Between us, we’ve owned and run our own real estate agency for over 30 years, and our expertise extends far beyond sales. My personal background as an Architectural Draughtsman allows us to assess properties with a trained eye — particularly valuable when it comes to older units on the island where renovation, layout, and design insight can make all the difference.

We also bring a deep understanding of the off-plan market. While working with Seeff Projects, I was involved in launching 17 new developments and was eventually entrusted with the mandate to create a new project on Gary Player’s farm in Plettenberg Bay in 1992. That vision became Goose Valley Golf Estate, where we successfully sold 278 units in just 14 days — a defining moment in our careers.

Today, we bring that same experience, dedication, and client-first approach to Mauritius — helping fellow South Africans find not just property, but peace of mind.

Presently we are based between Cape Town and Grand Bay, Mauritius. While our primary office is in Grand Bay, we regularly travel to Cape Town to meet with clients and showcase a curated portfolio of investment, retirement, and permanent residency properties in Mauritius.
